Marcia Kostick is a Cape Cod native. In 1979 she met her husband, Glenn Kostick, and learned his trade of glassblowing.

She enjoys lampworking, creating small sculptures by melting colored glass rods in a torch flame and freeforming the shapes using hand tools and gravity.

Living by the sea has influenced her imagery, mermaids, whales and dolphins are among the many natural forms she creates.

Fairies, ballerinas and clowns are included in her whimsical work.

Holiday themes she represents can be found in her many colorful ornaments, icicles, snowflakes, stars and figurines.
